Beat The Summer with Fun Red Drinks

Summer is here!! A colorful and fun season indeed! Beautiful flowers, delicious fruits, and loving sunsets are all part of this season.  Summers are attached with few more things like the scorching sun and increased thirst.  Only water doesn’t quench our thirst. Different juices and drinks come to aid in this matter; which are not only good to quench thirst, but also, beneficial for our health and helps our body to fight the heat. There are also many other benefits like; these drinks cleanse our body, make our immune system strong, and refresh us to survive all day.

Today I am here with recipes of Red fruits which are colorful, fun, yummy, and great for health too.

 

Watermelon Slush:


Who don’t know the benefits of watermelon? A delicious red fruit of summer, good for body organs and keep us hydrated in hot water. This slush is easy and quick to make and provide all benefits with taste.

Ingredients:

Watermelon (diced & Sliced)

5 cups

Sugar

2 tablespoon

Ice

1 cup

Lime juice or Himalayan Black Salt (optional)

As required

 


Procedure:

·         Add diced watermelon, sugar and ice into the blender and blend well.

·         Add pinch of black salt or lime juice one tablespoon according your taste.

·         Pour in glass and serve it immediately.  

 

Grewia Asiatica (Falsa) Juice:

Grewia Asiatica are small red fruit delicious to eat and beneficial for health. Its juice is easy to make and a yummy drink for all.



Ingredients:

Grewia Asiatica

1/4 kg

Water Chilled

2 glass

Ice cubes

As required

Sugar

As per taste

 


Procedure:

·         Take a grinder and put grewia asiatica, water, sugar and ice cubes together in it

·         Now grind it well.

·         After this filter the seeds by sifting the juice through strainer.

·         Pour the Juice into the glass and serve it cold.
